Our villa features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. We are conveniently located in Hilton Head Resort on the second floor of bldg. 4. The villa is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and just steps away from the elevator, pools and laundry room.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, teapot, pots & pans, dishes & utensils.

The living room has a smart TV so you can enjoy your Netflix or Hulu. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community that offers many free amenities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor hot tub & sauna, fitness room, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, badminton court, volley ball, BBQ & picnic area and an onsite store & deli (open seasonally), along with Coco s Oceanfront Bar & Grill (open seasonally).

Just a short distance to the secluded beach, approx. a 10min walk, on the resorts private boardwalk which offers beautiful views of the salt water marsh. The villa includes a new beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for your convenience. A seasonal shuttle to the beach is also available.

For your entertainment , the condo has an assortment card games, board games, books, tennis rackets and badminton rackets.

Also includes bath towels, linens, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Pets/Animals are NOT allowed at the resort.

Conveniently located 1 mile from Shelter Cove with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and next door to the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Palmetto Dunes.
