« We were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. I booked this house in particular because it was close and had four bedrooms and two bathrooms and I needed a place to cook for Thanksgiving. We had quite a few issues as the house needs some updates. It doesn’t look quite like the pictures. There was not the proper bedding for this time of year so two of my people slept down on the older couch where it was warm. « The stay wasn’t bad, we got there to a broken couch so we were down a seat to sit in. However, my sister had dog fur on her from my brothers house and it transferred to the bed sheets and they charged 63 for “new” linens and extra cleaning. It wasn’t that much fur I have the pictures, this is excessive. Be mindful when staying here. »

« THIS was exactly what my husband & I needed! The peace & quiet was cathartic to both of us. We LOVED the cabin & it was indeed a Fortress of Solitude in the most beautiful way! We were truly able to disconnect from our hectic jobs & responsibilities & simply BE. And yet, we ate dinner Wed night with nearby family members at the Homestead Steakhouse, and it was wonderful-both the company & the food. We will definitely return; hopefully for longer stays.
