« A unique stay in a somewhat funky artist's quarters beside a brook with a beautiful waterfall and calm pools. Great outdoor seating, especially the balcony that overlooks the stream, waterfall and grounds. A rural setting but close to Peterborough, a progressive town with fun shopping and restaurants.The amenities at this stay are fine but a bit limited. Wi fi is good. There is no kitchen but a small fridge and microwave are provided as well as a toaster and a single, plug-in electric burner....

« This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...

« A vintage cottage in a wooded setting with little trails close by along a stream. Cottage very clean and well-equipped, old vintage cottage furniture and tchotchkes. Lovely quiet place to return to after a long day of exploration and visits. We recommended a few fixes but nothing that would keep us from visiting again. »
