« Nothing!! Never had anyone clean the room the 3 days or bring clean linen or towels. The people who are living in the motel were out there, rubbing up their motor at all hours and all through the day when we were there. You couldn’t park anywhere near your room because of the regular to stay there I guess. Also, there was drug dealing going on in the parking lot, me and my grandson witnessed. From one of the people who live there. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anybody. I was so unsatisfied...

« Hôtel légèrement en retrait du boulevard limitant les nuisances sonores Hôtel récent , confortable et moderne Bon rapport qualité prix. Proche de plusieurs restaurants : j ai aimé le Texas Stakhouse de l autre côté de la rue à 3mn à pied des conseils donnés face à l ascenseur pour des activités diverses et variés. Une bonne idée »

« My original suite wasn’t ready at 4:00 so they put me in a same size handicapped room. Next day, Large spider is the room. Also had 2 more medium spiders . Gave another room it was dirty, Given another room. Had to move to a smaller room wanted to charge same price. Ac sounded like a loud boat motor and toilet ran all night. Other than that, it was ok. After all that only received $50 credit!! Manager never came out to talk or apologize. Desk clerks were really nice and professional! »

« The parking we had to pay 10$ doesn’t make any sense end on the top of that we need to registered the car by a QR apps that was complicated for nothing. Normally when I stop at a Hampton Inn I never have to pay for parking »

« Nous sommes arrivé un peu plus tôt que prévu, la femme à l’accueil sans même un regard nous a dit c’est pour un check in revenez à 15h!! La femme de ménage énervé de nous voir dans la chambre bref le personnel n’est pas sympathique ... sinon classique des holiday in une chambre confortable un bon petit dej. La piscine quand à elle n’est pas agréable petite donnant sur la rue avec vue sur parking mais on est en pleine ville .. Pensacola veut se visiter à pied avec des resto et musées à...

« Chambre réelle bcp moins bien que sur les photos. Sol sale (on avait les pieds littéralement noirs). Bruyant, on a entendu toute la nuit les gens du dessus marcher lourdement. Odeur de la clim désagréable dès qu’on est entrés dans la chambre. Incompréhension vs les notes qui nous ont poussé à choisir cet hôtel, heureusement pour une seule nuit »
