« The staff was very friendly, but the room was dingy. The walls needed to be wiped down as there were several spots of dirt. Orangish color on a beige background. The shower floor was also rather dirty. The office chair had been sat in and looked like it contained bodily fluids on the seat. The wall outlet cover had gaps around it which may be a safety and/or electrical hazard. The room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. »

« I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. « I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead.
