« Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is. »

« When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello! »

« Chambre basique dans laquelle il manquait des ampoules, piscine laissée a l’abandon, petit déjeuner quelconque, hotel frequenté que par des ouvriers. Dommage….ca aurait pu etre une belle étape avec un peu d entretien ! »

« We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection. »

« This place was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing dinner at home. After a long day on the lake, we just wanted a quiet evening without having to drive back to Houston. It was perfect no loud neighbors, nothing crazy, just a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy time with our friends. »

« Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious room and it was clean. We originally booked the room for 1 night and liked it so much that we stayed another night. The staff was very accommodating and made staying an extra night really easy. Would stay here again. »
