« The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you. »

« Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid! »

« I’m unsure how there are as positive reviews of this hotel as there are because my experience was well below expectations based on those reviews. It was glaringly apparent as we walked into the elevator elevator, walked down the hallway, and got to the room, that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority.
