« The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!! »

« Although the cabin itself was clean, tidy, quiet and as described, the booking regime was over the top for a one night stay. After booking and paying through Wotif, I then needed to submit a photo of my license and credit card online to a third party before check-in info would be released (half an hour before 3pm on the day). I was also bombarded with around 7-8 emails about the booking and several texts. So extreme for what should have been a simple stay in basic accommodation. »

« Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. « Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service. »
