This cozy bunk house retreat features a Queen bed with TV/DVD player with various DVDs, 2 Twin bunk beds (Hallway) and 2 Twin beds in loft (accessed by ladder), a clean modern bath, and a well-equipped kitchenette with essentials for easy meals.
Spend your evenings grilling on the Cowboy Fire Pit and gather around under wide Texas skies to enjoy amazing sights of the starry sky. Enjoy swaying in a hammock while watching others play horseshoes. And don’t forget to visit the friendly cows, mini goats, sheep, and mini donkeys. Wake up to coffee on the porch as the donkey brays “good morning” and the sunrise paints the horizon.
With RV parking next door and a Horse Motel available, this unplugged countryside experience is just 1.5 hours from DFW. ∘ The walk from the parking area to Tiny Home 6 is approximately 100–150 feet.
∘ Additional parking is available near Cabin 1. Please request it in advance.

∘ After parking, it is approximately 150 feet along the walking path to Tiny Home 6.
➢ WiFi
∘ No WiFi is available. Unplug, disconnect, and reconnect with nature during your stay.

∘ No pets are permitted due to the ranch animals on the property.
➢ Texas Water Note
∘ Due to natural sediment, tap water in Texas may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead.

∘ We use professional pest control, but minor pest activity may occur between cleanings.
