« On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. « I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. »
