Very disappointed by our 200€ a night room: - in dire need of refurbishing - holes and tears in the curtains, with suspicious black stains - 2 single beds instead of the double bed we requested, not nice for a couple on a getaway - mattress so firm that we hardly slept and hurt our back - room was very cold and no possibility to change the temperature - very basic and old bathroom, with chipped tiles; the shower looking like something from several decades ago - we've been all over the world and this is literally the only room we've ever seen without complimentary water available! There is a fridge in the room but it is useless unless you plan to refrigerate tap water Then the service: - check-in and out took forever - parking was in addition and was expensive We do not recommend this hotel at all! "

"nous avons bien passe une belle reveillon et nouvel an a Leuven! se garer c facile, hotel est propre et tres accueil, service petit dejeuner est impecable, salle de sport est tres bien equique. La chambre pour la famille avec 2 enfants sont assez espacieuse. Nous sommes tres sactisfaites"
