The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries. »

« We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. « Had a 5 day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed this property. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Lots of plugs and USB ports available - a really nice touch on the bedside tables! Kitchen had everything I needed and more. Shower pressure was perfect. The pictures of the property were accurate and the unit was thoroughly cleaned when I checked in. "I had reserved 2 rooms in June for my sister, my parents and myself. Unfortunately, my mother became ill and had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and all of our travel plans changed. The Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma was very understanding and supportive and cancelled my reservations without penalty. I was and am very grateful."
