« Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳 »

« I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good. »

« The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space. »

No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice! »

« We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again. »

« This property was a great location and exactly what we were looking for, for a quick trip. We came down for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. We were able to easily get around either via Uber/Lyft or we took some bird scooters and bicycles which was super fun. The place was clean, easy to get into using the instructions by the host. The pool was a great time to hang at during downtime. I would definitely stay here again for future trips. »
