This recently rehabbed home offers 4 bedrooms with KING beds and a Sofa sleeper in living room. Two full size bathrooms make it a great place to get ready for any night out. Enjoy the Firepit area while you grill or just relax with a glass of wine in quiet Hermann. Complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival! Off-Street parking added 2023 for approximately 4 cars.

Perfect home for a girl’s weekend. Nice living spaces, clean, warm (20 degrees outside) & good communication with the host. Highly recommend.

We loved the house and it was very clean!! I had an older friend with us that had trouble getting up and down the stairs and there was no hand rail. It would be good to know before renting a place.

Needed Kleenex provided.There were only 6 chairs provided at the dining table and there were 8 of us but I saw the pics on line and brought 2 of my own folding chairs. Kitchen was well stocked with serving ware and cookware. No railings. On steps going on the porch or inside to go upstairs.

Our stay was great. The house had room for all of us and we were very comfortable. We had a smoke detector start to beep in the middle of the night (low battery) and the owner was super responsive and helpful. The location of the house is great and it is easy to find. There were plenty of towels for everyone and the complimentary coffee was a lovely touch. My only recommendation would be to add a bedside table to both sides of the beds for us older adults who need to have our glasses and phones at close reach!

Everything was as described and my friends and I had a wonderful stay! King beds were appreciated as lots of singles so sharing rooms was much more enjoyable with king size bed in each room! Overall it was a lovely experience!

Accommodating Hermann VRBO

This property was cute and well maintained on the inside. The beds were comfortable in nice size rooms. The pillows were perfect! We made it work for 10 people, plenty of utensils and cookware, and wine glasses! The outdoor firepit wasnt as private or cozy as it looks in the picture. The front porch steps are weathered and deteriorating. Otherwise, easy access and walking distance from the piano bar.

Fabulous location!

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip to Hermann! The house is beautiful inside with 4 king size beds that were so comfortable! All of the amenities from home made this an easy, relaxed weekend. It was two blocks from the market street where all of the shops and restaurants are making it an easy walk. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place

Property owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. House was very clean and well stocked with common items. We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room. Each room has a king size bed and the rooms are all around the same size. One room on the first floor the other three upstairs. Location is not downtown but within walking distance. If you are doing the wine trolley they will pick you up and drop you off right at the house. Driveway fit two cars and plenty of street parking if needed.

Fabulous Wine Tasting Weekend

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and stayed through Monday mornings. Check in/out times were perfect! The space was perfect for us 4 girls coming from central IL to enjoy a girls trip. The trolly was a great mode of transportation and our own car didn’t move the drive all weekend.

We had a girls weekend (Mom's and daughters) in Hermann and stayed at the Britton Haus. It was a great place! Nice kitchen and 4 nice bedrooms. No problems with hot water even though there were so many showering. Very walkable to downtown Hermann! Highly recommend!

Overall the house was nice we really enjoyed it. A couple things I noticed was I thought it said we were to receive a complimentary bottle of wine which we didn’t receive and also both outside trash containers were full. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Girlfriend Getaway

Very nice home, well stocked with towels, coffee, comimentary bottle of wine. Lovely place for friends to gather for the weekend. Only some difficulty with Roku, poor internet connection with lots of "buffering" with TV viewing. Lovely, comfortable king sized beds in every bedroom! Would highly recommend!

This is a great house, especially with a large group! Nice big, super comfy beds, two full bathrooms for all of us girls to get ready, great main floor layout to hang out, very close to downtown and walkable to Loose Caboose. We would definitely stay here again!

Wine Trail Weekend

The property was great! Clean, well laid out, and the beds were AMAZING! Definitely would stay again! There were 3 things that were concerning. 1. No hand rails on the front porch stairs, nor the stairway to 2nd floor. 2. The Hvac floor vent in the kitchen wasnt screwed down and waa a trip/cut hazard. 3. The thermostats were hard to set and stay at tbe desired temp.
