« Accommodated us, prompt replies, pool and jacuzzi were uncovered so debris in jacuzzi. A few tv channels to watch with English language. Home would easily cost over 700 a night if it was in the US. Beautiful and spacious home, with up to date amenities. »

« Awesome property close to the airport. Very nice layout and comfortable beds. There were mango trees in the backyard and eric the manager helped us cut some down to eat. We had a great stay here. »

« We had the most amazing stay at the Gosen House! Eduardo and Betty are the best hosts ever. It felt like we were staying with family. Just the nicest people and we loved talking with them and learning all about the farm and Costa Rica.The place is so beautiful - flowers and fruit in abundance. We also saw lovely birds all over the property. And they had the most precious dogs which added even more fun to the visit! We ordered the dinner and breakfast and everything was absolutely delicious....

« We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Judd’s and Liz’s home! The house manager, Leticia, greeted us and was so kind and informative about the house and the town of Atenas. She even checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order. The house and furnishings were top notch! We prepared several meals and found the kitchen well equipped. We loved eating outdoors under the rancho while enjoying the view and the birds. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful...

« Vue merveilleuse. Calme. Environnement très agréable.Cependant, la piscine est à 18 degrés ce qui pour nous l’a rendu inutilisable.Le nombre de couverts est franchement insuffisant.Enfin, l’éclairage dans la cuisines et pièce de vie n’est vraiment pas suffisant. Nous avons du mettre le lampadaire sur la table pour y voir à peu près lors des repas. »

« This property was amazing the pictures do not do it justice it’s more beautiful in person. Lots of room for everyone! The pool was very clean and nice and warm when we got there. « Edouardo et sa femme sont tellement gentils et accueillants! La location est parfaite, près de plusieurs volcans et à 30 mins de l’aéroport. Super maison mais surtout super jardin!! J’ai bien hâte de goûter au fameux café torréfié pour moi!! »

« If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What an amazing magical place! The hosts are the sweetest in the world and made us feel like family. I got a tour of their garden and it was magical! I learned so much and I would come back here any time I could. Honestly, the best Vrbo/host etc experience I’ve ever had and I am so glad to have met them. Also the best sunsets you’ll ever see, and please check out the La casita restaurant it’s close and to die for! »

« The stay is completely as advertised. Stylish and modern. Literally right next door is a vegan eatery and two steps beyond that is another eating establishment. Even if that wasn’t the case Ubereats works well and it’s so close to multiple food places that you have plenty of options. A train does run but it takes maybe 2-3 seconds to pass so by the time you say I hear the train it has already passed by. Super secure. Front gate locks, front door locks. « Belle maison, aménagement extérieur très bien. Ustensiles, vaisselle, chaudrons, petit four et cuisinière sales. Le four ne fonctionnait pas. Infiltration d'eau dans la petite chambre suite à une averse. Oreillers sales à changer. Siège de toilette non vissé. »

« The pictures in this listing look amazing so we were excited to see the property in person. I will say that it did not disappoint. The beautiful house, and the gorgeous view, were everything you see in the pics and more. The privacy of the location, along with the gorgeous decor, make this spot a wonderful refuge. Admittedly, its location makes some of the drives to tourist spots like La Fortuna and La Paz a bit far. But waking up to that spectacular view every morning made it all worth...
