« This is a clean, well-maintained house with a great host! Communication was easy, instructions were clear, and we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We were 2 adults traveling with 4 kids (ages 5-9) and wanted something close to Windham Mountain. Everyone loved the downstairs air hockey and pool table and the layout of the house was easy with plenty of space. « Overall, property was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive to my questions when I texted. They came right away to drop off some essentials which was very nice! The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend »

« If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick.
