Ashen Cottage is located on the Monarch's Way within 6 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon and 8 miles from Warwick Castle. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6. It can also be rented in conjunction with the adjoining cottage, Knowle Cottage.

The Space:
The cottage has 3 bedrooms (one with kingsize bed, one twin-bedded room and a bunk-bedded room). There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and a downstairs shower room). The large open plan kitchen and sitting room open on to a terraced garden area via bi-fold doors with seating and a table for outdoor dining. The property has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden is fenced and secure for dogs.

Guest Access:
The whole property is available and there are numerous walks starting at the property via public footpaths across the farm and beyond. Before check-in, guests are required to complete the Havanex pre-arrival process through our secure guest portal. This includes choosing either a £250 refundable security deposit or a £50 non-refundable damage waiver. Full details and payment instructions are provided securely through the guest portal before arrival.
