« It was a perfect, secluded spot for my small family to gather and enjoy each others' company while being close to everything Chapel Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking by the road leading to the house and I felt completely safe doing this at all hours. « Perfect house for a group of 7 adults. Lots of comfy seating inside and out on the deck and dock. Well stocked with oil, spices, etc. Master bed was very comfortable. Other beds were OK. Dock area is small and not deep water. That didn't matter to us since we went in September. Wifi was very slow but we had 5 people trying to work so more our fault than the house. Overall, an excellent Lake Gaston rental. »

My parents were able to stay someplace through Duke but because I had a dog I could not. Andrea was so helpful and accommodating and caring to me while I was here. "We experienced a flight delay and, unfortunately, were unable to call ahead to inform the hotel. When we arrived early in the morning, we discovered that both of our rooms had been overbooked apparently due to the "no show" Even worse, our reservation was for two nights, but we were unable to get a room for the second night either. Very disappointed and extremely unsatisfied with the service."
