« Area is nice, clean, quiet and safe. The Towneplace Suites by Marriott is literally right across from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Staff were nice & friendly. The room is very spacious, microwave, fridge & coffee maker included. Bathroom is also nice and large and the sink area is located outside the bathroom/toilet/shower area which is nice and convenient. However, it would be nice if there was an outlet to plug in a nightlight for late night toilet use. You have to turn on the lights...

« Hotel calme à l’écart de Las Vegad et à proximité de grandes zones commerciales. Restaurants à proximité, même sans prendre la voiture. Petit-déjeuner bon mais les plats étaient souvent vides. Accueil sympathique. Laverie sur place. »

« It is obviously far from the strip, but it is quieter, cleaner and less expensive than many hotel on the strip. Uber Ride to the strip is 35$ with tip, on average. If you attend conventions, it is a cheaper options than hotels on the strip, even with Ubers twice a day. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this motel! The welcome was incredibly warm, the staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. They even let me check in earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, super comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is also perfect, just next to the Hoover dam. I highly recommend this place! »
