Good location, but some things could be improved We stayed at the hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move to another room with a private shower. For this reason, I would recommend booking a room with its own shower if possible. The shower in the second room worked, although I had to let the water run for around 5–10 minutes before it became warm. It wasn't particularly hot, but it was warm enough to shower. I would also suggest improving the way guests access the hotel. Using the code to get inside was quite difficult at times, even for me, so I think this could be particularly challenging for older guests. The Wi-Fi was also sometimes unreliable, and I had difficulties connecting to the TV. Netflix and YouTube weren't working properly when I tried to use them. Overall, I would say the rooms are of decent quality and the location is a big advantage. However, there are several things that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable and convenient for guests.
