« Actually, the place was better than advertised. Compared to other places, I found it easy to maneuver my F250 and bass boat in and out of the property. I also enjoyed having covered parking for my boat. With the lake water levels being low, I didn't get to utilize the neighborhood boat ramp, but Powell Park wasn't far away. The neighborhood appeared secure with minimal traffic and the home was very clean having everything a fisherman would need. Will definitely be back. »

« The house was clean and very nice. The dock was a mess. The trash can was over flowing with trash and the dock look was a very nice dock but looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were cobwebs everywhere and the lights were covered with bugs. It was a very nice large dock but needed cleaning. »
