« Court séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hôtel proche de la gare. Cet avantage est naturellement lié à un environnement parfois bruyant (route à fort trafic en fin de journée). Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les chambres sont simples, mais agréables et confortables. L'offre pour le petit-déjeuner est trés bien et offre de nombreuses combinaisons possibles. »

« Amazing stay, staff super friendly, great size apartment with all this amenities you could need. Fantastic location and felt safe walking late at night even though it’s off the main streets, bed comfortable. Great shower, would highly recommend. Overall soundproof but may need earplugs »

« Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

« Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment...

« Value of the room is very good. The room is very clean. The breakfast is also well stocked in the room. Besides, the lady who showed us the room is very friendly and polite. If I go to Norfolk again, I will try to book to stay there again! »

« The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend »

« A VERY EFFICIENT, COMFORTABLE HOTEL AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL STAFF. THE ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS AND WELL-APPOINTED, ALTHOUGH I MISSED NOT HAVING A FRIDGE IN THE ROOM. THE HEALTH CLUB AND INDOOR POOL WERE AN ADDED BONUS. ALL IN ALL ,I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, AND WILL CERTAINLY STAY THERE AGAIN. IT WAS INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT, SOMEWHAT UNUSUALLY , THE MANAGER IS A WOMAN. »

« La situation au coeur de Norwich était parfaite - on peut tout visiter à pied au centre ville. Chambres tout à fait confortables, petit déjeuner à l'anglaise ("cooked breakfast") copieux avec option végane délicieuse. Salon aux canapés et fauteuils généreux, bar, spa ... tout y est pour un séjour de rêve dans cette belle ville de Norwich. »
