Enjoy your stay at Hilltop Hideout of Helen, which is located directly above the famous Georgia Mountain Coaster inside of Helen, GA. This cozy chalet is the perfect destination spot for a family or friends looking for an Alpine Adventure in a Bavarian Themed Town in Appalachia OR if you are looking for a "flexcation," there is also an office space for working while still getting away! Appreciate the beautiful hilltop view on a large patio while indulging in nature and your favorite beverage. Take advantage of the multiple attractions, state parks, wineries, breweries, food, fishing, tubing, and family friendly activities. Don't forget to visit a few favorites: Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, Yonah Mountain, Cool River Tubing, Helen Waterpark, Alpine Mini Golf, Dukes Creek Mines, Woody's Mountain Bikes, Alpine Fun Factory, Hardman Farm State Historic Sight, Charlemagne's Kingdom, and more!

We own 5 chalets on the hill. The other 4 sleep 12. Message me if you would like to check availability on all 5. We have been a popular destination for family reunions and wedding parties.

Note, we named these Hilltop Hideout because they are located at the top of a hill. Walking to town is an option (my kids always choose it), but it is steep. Plan accordingly.

This was the perfect spot for a long Christmas weekend in Helen. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 babies. We appreciated the little extras for the children and the glider in the upstairs bedroom. Recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs if you are traveling with littles as they are quite steep. The location was great- we made the less than 5 min drive into the town center as the house is up on quite a steep incline, and not walkable with strollers.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Helen GA. The property was close to everything. We did walk down once from the unit to town but it was a little steep but not bad at all. Rest of our stay we drove down, had no issues finding parking which was only 10 for the entire day. I recommend this property 100%

Karen was very easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The area was quiet but extremely close to downtown. We were able to go and enjoy the sights and come back to the house and relax with no noise, around us. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy Stay in Helen GA

We had a lovely visit to Helen, GA! Lots of fun things to do for the entire family! The Chalet was wonderful! It was VERY CLEAN, spacious, modern and in a perfect location. Literally, minutes away from everything! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very attentive and even left a binder filled with fun things to do!

Beautiful Property

The climb to the property is unnerving with steep dropoffs the entire way up and down. I think letting people know that the drive includes a narrow road winding the side of small mountain would have been helpful, especially since it was raining when we showed up. Also, there is only one parking place. If that doesn't bother you, everything else was absolutely amazing and fantastic and true about the property!

Family Sping break weekend

We absolutely loved the location of the house. Everything was a VERY short drive away from the house! Home was extremely clean and clearly well maintained. Communication was great with Karen with very timely responses. Also the Mulitgame arcade in the house was a huge plus for kids and me if im being honest lol. Definitely coming back!

We loved the property! The house was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Everything was perfect! Our only suggestion would be window coverings. People can see in and when the temperature dropped you could feel the cold coming thru the window.

Perfect house/ location

House was clean, new, and modern and still had Helen charm. Walkable to town. I enjoyed the hills walking back from town. May be a challenge for some. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed all of the board games, cards, and books.

Great Getaway!

We had a fabulous time and loved this house! It was so clean, quiet and peaceful. You could walk to town if you wanted, but the way back would be quite an uphill hike, but we drove...only takes about a minute to drive. It was a nice surprise to see that they already had up all the Christmas lights when we got there, definitely a bonus! Everything about our stay was great! Would definitely recommend!
