« On the Hotels.com website it was written that each Double Room came with a deep-soaking bathtub. I confirmed this with the man at the front desk when I checked in, but when I arrived in the room I found that it only had a small shower. I went downstairs again and asked his colleague at the front desk and was told that only the suites have bathtubs, and all the other rooms only have showers. I was very disappointed.

« We had a great time staying for 2 nights in September. The hotel staff are very welcoming and nice, the food was great and fresh. We were not able to book a spa massage since they were full, next time it’s best to order a massage in advance to preserve a spot. »

« niks op aan te merken »

« Viel zu wenig Parkplätze am Hotel !! »

« Literie à changer. Inconfortable »

The credit card charge was not via ebookers but it was supposed to be charged by the property. They sent an auto-generated email to say they were going to charge my Visa. They then emailed me to say there was a problem charging my card. They then called me to say that they do not have breakfast available and that I should cancel...
