The villa is new in 2025 and energy-neutral thanks to solar panels.

Living and outdoor lifeLarge windows give you a view of the water from the living room. The comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV is the place to unwind after a day outside. Through the sliding doors you step onto the covered terrace, with a dining table for 8, a wooden lounge set and a rocking chair. It is a sheltered spot, even when the weather turns.

The garden has sun loungers and a parasol, and the sun shines here from morning until evening. Fancy a swim? The swimming ladder takes you straight from your own garden into the water.

Cooking with a viewThe modern open-plan kitchen is built around the kitchen island with bar, where your companions can pull up a seat while you cook. The Bora induction hob has integrated extraction for a clean, streamlined look. You will also find a Quooker, a Nespresso coffee machine, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a separate freezer, among other things.

Bedrooms and bathroomsThe villa has three bedrooms with box-spring beds. On the ground floor is a bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of them with TV, and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Beds are made up on arrival and a towel set is ready for each guest. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
