    Welcome to Lobo Landing Cabin #1, a riverside place to slow down between fishing trips. Start the morning in the rocker on the deck, watching the Little Red River go by, then head down to the bank to fish.

    Inside, the cabin has a living area with a couch and smart TV, a kitchen equipped for preparing meals, and a dining area where everyone can gather. Three bedrooms give your group space to rest after a day on the river.

The Lobo Landing cabin we stayed at overlooked the Little Red River. There isn't a straight walkway access to the river like we thought, however it's a short walk/drive to the marina where you can trout fish or rent a boat for cheap or a guide to take you out (8 a.m - 12 p.m marina hours) . The cabin was clean for the most part, other than needing to dust under the beds a little better, and providing guest with more resources to maintain cleanliness. Also, some blinds over the front door and kitchen window (for privacy); The interior was updated with nice hardwood floors, beds were super comfortable, and beautiful mountain views. The location is off a state highway but it's remote and very quiet, but everything you need is a 10-15 stress free drive. We love the Heber Springs area and would recommend this property and will stay again. The host was also very quick and responsive to all our needs. Thanks!

Very clean!!!

The cabin was just as described! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere that was so clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need…even a wok! The only thing I wish it had was a way down to the river. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

Totality experience

First thing upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a solar eclipse cookie cake and eclipse glasses. This was very much appreciated!!! We loved the view from the back deck with plenty of seating. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck. The cabin was extremely clean. This was the perfect spot for our amazing total solar eclipse experience. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

Weekend getaway

I wish our stay was longer!!! My ONLY thing i wish tbey would do is clear a path from the cabin to the water!!!! The veiw is great but a direct path would have been so much better!!! Plus a better grill!! I do suggest bring u a good grill if u plan on grilling!! But thats it!! They have everything u need it was so relaxing out daughters did not want to come home lol!!! Neither did mom and dad!!

Reviewer Comments: This was my first time renting from this company, specifically Lobo Landing cabin #1. The communication with Arkansas Vacation Rental between the initial downpayment and final payment prior to check-in was a little rough. But once we got through to them, they were prompt to address any concerns. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find one of the deck table chairs was broken. The front door window was covered by dead bugs. The other issue was the lightbulbs in two of the ceiling fans didn't work correctly. The rental company must have already know about that because a maintenance man showed up to switch out the bulbs unannounced. Other than those initial issues, the cabin as a whole was nice, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens, and bedding and overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We appreciated having all the comforts of home right at our fingertips while on this vacation. We would definitely rent here again.

Cabin 1 Lobo Landing

Reviewer Comments: We did not originally rent this cabin but were moved to this one after we were told a week before our stay that one of the 3 cabins we had rented was no longer available. Advertised as fishing accessible from the cabin, but the foilage was so overgrown that was not possible. Also alot of garbage and broken glass on the side area that we had to clean up due to guests with small children. Some lighting needs to be replaced due to burnt out bulbs and flickering when turned on. Batteries in TV remotes need to be checked to ensure they work. Since we were there for 6 days, we used the kitchen alot, but there was no toaster, or mixer and there were no dish cloths. Oven was really soiled and there were no cleaning items left for basic day to day cleaning of the property. Also, drawers should be checked after each stay due to personal items found when we stayed at this property.Great location, but some deferred maintenance.

Cozy place- great location!

This cabin was perfect for our family’s Christmas getaway! Great place for fishing, awesome view, and a great layout! The only complaint was the lack of cleanliness (especially in the bathroom) and the outside trash can was half full when we got there.

Red River Outing

The unit was very clean. Entry process was smooth. We had small issues. The internet did not connect. Also, no information was left for use of the fireplace and apparently you provide your own firewood as only one small stick was available anyway. There were issues with lighting in one bedroom. Also, the dumpster directions could have been a little clearer. But would certainly stay here again. A beautiful, quiet location.

Great stay!!

We wanted one last fun weekend before the weather cools off!! This cabin was perfect for us! It easily slept all 6 of us (2 adults, 4 kids). Right on the river and not far from the lake. Only thing I would suggest is bringing backup toilet paper and paper towels. They had one of each, but with 6 of us, we needed more....which was fine...we made a grocery store run for other things, so it wasn't a problem picking more up.
