« The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. It’s harder to find a place with a longer bathtub for an adult, but this place has one! What has changed: nearby restaurants...

« The villa was very nice. The resort was great. We played mini golf and had a great time swimming as well. The pool area is cool. »

« The property was nice - the bedposts were broken and definitely some wear on the furniture ( note to people planning on staying- they don't provide powdered creamer for the two Keurig pods of coffee allotted also no salt and pepper), check in was easy. The fireplace did not work- this was especially disappointing. The property manager did not respond to text messages and the first phone call I made he assured me it would be fixed. No one showed up to fix it, and he did not answer later...

« We booked the stay a month out. Received no communication form the host at all. 3 days before our stay, i requested chckin information. The response was that they send out information 1-2 days before the stay and an ealy checkin was unlikely. We received no information.
