This newly built multi-level townhouse offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The spacious layout offers privacy and relaxation while still bringing everyone together in inviting common areas.

Whether you're brewing a morning espresso from the Nespresso machine or preparing a hearty dinner after skiing, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The adjacent dining area, with a beautiful wood table and seating for up to seven, is the perfect spot to share meals and conversation against the backdrop of snow-capped peaks.

Primary Bedroom (3rd level) - A spacious suite, providing a king-sized bed, a smart TV, a dedicated workspace with monitor, and large windows with panoramic mountain views create a private retreat. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks, a walk-in closet, a soaking tub that overlooks the mountains, and a glass-and-tile shower.

Bedroom 2 (3rd level) - Boasts a queen bed and ample closet space, a smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a stone countertop vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom 3 (3rd level) – You will find a queen bed paired with a twin-over-twin bunk, and access to the full shared bathroom on this level.

Bedroom 4 (1st level) – Offers a queen bed and access to another full shared bathroom on this level, also finished with a stone vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A convenient half bathroom is located near the mudroom on the main level for easy access.

Outdoor Spaces:
Guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air from multiple outdoor areas.
