« We stay here each time we visit family in Lake Placid. Clean building, comfortable beds and attentive/accommodating staff. Breakfast is much better than other hotels we’ve been to. We’ll be back again soon! »

« This is a beautiful historic landmark that has been remodeled into a nice, comfortable hotel. There are 12 beautiful rooms, a great breakfast, and a really neat sitting area in the middle. There are no USB ports so be sure to bring a charging block. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but a refrigerator located on each hallway and the kitchen area is always open. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We definitely will choose this hotel next time. »

« Not the room that we had reserved it was corrected, but by a staff far from being overly friendly, when hotel was really far from being full. Found this specific HIE a bit outdated compared to others. But not many choices in that area. »
