« The front desk clerk that checked us in was no friendly at all. I tried to make conversation with her and it was like talking to a brick wall. Its like she didnt know how to smile at all. Didnt tell us how to get to our room. I asked her how long shes been there and im so surprised shes been there as long as shes been. I feel customer service is not for her. She needs to smile more amd engage more when the customer talks to u. Not ignore them. »

« Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to many restaurants & shopping, which is why we’re in town. Very courteous staff, even got a phone call from the front desk shortly after checking in to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town! »

« The staff was friendly and informative. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The parking was pretty easy, too. My only complaint is the water pressure is lower than I'm used to. »

« Rien de spécial à signaler. Un hôtel de chaine, de bonne qualité sans grande surprise (ni bonne, ni mauvaise). L'emplacement dans une zone commerciale n'est pas plein de charme, mais pas très loin du (petit) centre ville, proche des grands axes tout en étant calme, ce qui est déjà appréciable. »
