« The house is beautiful. We were a group of 7 and we enjoyed our weekend. Hot tub was ready for us to use on arrival. That was a absolute treat. The house was clean. Parking around the back was perfect. Couldn't find a fault in the house apart from the bathrooms could do with having bath mats as its quite slippery and dangerous when coming out of the shower. The house is very modern and upto date. Hand guide book left has wifi password. There is a Asda not to far so herting around by car is easy....

The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. « Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. « The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know. »

« We had a lovely New year's stay in this cottage, going for coastal walks and getting cosy by the fire when we came back. The cottage is really comfortable, we loved the heated bathroom floors and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed playing a bit of darts and table tennis in the games room. The hosts were so helpful when there was a slight issue when we arrived.. it was really quickly sorted. Highly recommend! »

« We had a great half term stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the furniture v comfortable, the beds were firm and 100% cotton sheets, wifi great. The view is wonderful, sunsets every night and a balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Remember to bring your binoculars! The position of the apartment is fantastic, no need to use the car, unless visiting nearby attractions, which are numerous. We hope to be back :-) »

« We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful. »

« Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning. »

The interior is even more magnificent, well-maintained, and above all, equipped with everything you need... meticulously crafted.
