Haven at Healdsburg is owned and designed by a top SF Design Firm: featured twice as a Wine Country Award winner in California Home and Design, and as the cover of San Francisco Cottages & Gardens Magazine! Important Notes:

• POOL & SPA: Our pool and spa are open year-round for your enjoyment.

Please note that pool heating is not available during the colder months (typically late October - early May) as the heating system cannot maintain a comfortable temperature during this time.

During the warm summer months (typically June - early September), the pool naturally stays warm from the sun, so heating isn’t necessary — only the hot tub will be heated.

Pool heating can be arranged when weather conditions are suitable, (typically in May–June and late September–early October, though this may vary depending on the weather). Please allow up to 24 hours for the water to fully reach the desired temperature once heating is activated.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 9 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

• Parking available for up to 5 cars

• Gardener Schedule - We perform routine yard care every Wednesday and may briefly access outdoor areas. Our vendor won’t enter the home and aims to minimize any disruption.

When you stay at Haven at Healdsburg, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
