« We have stayed here twice and the staff, cleanliness, hotel ambiance and amenities are excellent. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is inexpensive and the staff is working hard to keep food refreshed and they were very pleasant. The hotel and eating areas are nicely decorated and comfortable too. We are happy to have found this hotel for when we visit family in Kalamazoo. »

« When we arrived on Friday July 3rd, we found that the door to our room was broken, would not lock. Asked front desk to have it fixed or change rooms. We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. She said that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to go back through them for a refund. Asked her to contact them, to make sure that I would get a full refund,...

« Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« While the staff was lovely, the property was not. There was a bloody-looking handprint on the mattress and on the bed frame. There was so much dust behind the bed (my phone fell back there and I hat to get it). There was a gash in the seat of the shower (I was given a handicapped room) which was pleather. The corners of the room and windows were just disgusting. Was it mold? Was it dirt? I have no idea. Lightbulbs were half missing/ burned out. The refrigerator was propped up haphazardly....
