Two bedroom holiday bungalow, set within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor
59 Trevithick Court is a two bedroomed holiday bungalow, set within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, just outside of Hayle.
With all the amenities of a holiday park, including a communal pool, laundry, shop, bar and restaurant, comfortable accommodation for up to four guests including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one bunk room), 59 Trevithick court is a great base for couples or small families.
Hayle offers stunning beaches, a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and the harbour. Just a short drive away are St Ives and Penzance.
Kitchen - Well equipped and fitted with and electric oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Living/Dining Area - With a sofa, side tables, dining table and chairs and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom 1 - With a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds, built in wardrobe, bed side cabinet and door to the rear of the property.
Bathroom - Bath with shower over, basin and low level WC.
Outside - A patio area with seating, overlooking a green space. Parking is close by.
This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.
A £100 security deposit is charged on each booking. The refund to be made during the week after departure following inspection.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.
EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.
The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.
Winter stays at Tolroy Manor
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
Please note: This property requires a £100 security deposit (payable with the balance). This is refundable after your holiday pending any damages.
