Lead Mining Landscape. There is now little evidence of the tremendous amount of industrial activity here in the 19th century.This house used to be the "Mine Shop" of the Joicey Shaft. The Langley Barony Mines here were on the northern edge of the North Pennine lead mining area.

trÚs bon halte pour un court séjour. Confort sommaire et insonorisation inexistante mais le personnel est agréable, la terrasse au bord de la riviÚre et la nourriture sont bien sympas
