« Older home, very clean, great boat parking!Only about 4 miles to the boat launch on Orange lake »

« We really enjoyed our stay there. One minor hiccup, and they took care of it immediately. It wasn’t even enough to complain about. Love the house and the decor. The only drawback is the downstairs shower is a little small, so if you’re over 6 feet tall you’re probably gonna need to take a bath. »

« Our family had a perfect weekend at this adorable VRBO! The owner was outstanding with communication. We had a peaceful and wonderful stay. »

« This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality. »

« What a wonderful stay! Such a cute, cozy, and spotless home with everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was also very pet-friendly, which made our stay even better! The host was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we had a great experience. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend! 🏡❤️🐾 »

« Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

« Thank you! You were a fantastic host. House was clean. Great communication. As a property manager I would recommend you without hesitation. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive. »
