« Hôtel sympathique propre et spacieux. Toutefois attention a la chambre numéro 7 car le wifi ne fonctionné pas. »

« Awesome! We cannot help but say it out loud the moment we entered the access code and unlatched the door to our well-appointed unit. This waterfront apartment-hotel or aparthotel delivers as its brand name promises - fantastic river views from the comfort and convenience of our room. We stayed overnight in an unbelievably large studio unit with plenty of space to dance ballet, “pirouette en pointe” and “fouetté en tournant”. More importantly, the property is affordable and fully equipped with...

« A lovely place to stay full of character and charm. The host was really helpful and friendly and the location was really convenient as well »

« The room could have been cleaner no wi-fi the whole time we were there 5 days. »

« Je recommande chaudement cet endroit, patrons charmants, bien situe pres du centre, tres bien tenu, impeccable, petis dejeuners copieux et gratuit et resto francais, ouvert le soir, prix raisonnables. »

« One word. FANTASTIC »

« Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache. »

« I was a bit wary entering through the game room from the back parking lot, but what a delightful surprise to find a beautiful, roomy, fully updated room! They have clearly put great care into renovating this historic hotel. We enjoyed staying there. »

« This accommodation was ok but there didn’t seem to be anyone around we were the only people in the restaurant for dinner which was very nice and it was closed for breakfast. Our room whilst ok was under the pool level no view yet it looked like the better rooms were occupied by the staff??? Wouldn’t recommend this »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at The Exchange Hotel, Beaconsfield We had a fantastic two-night stay at The Exchange Hotel. Gavin, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade. The room was excellent, the bed was sooo comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and clean. The ambience and aesthetics of this beautiful old building are fantastic, and Gavin deserves 5 stars for all the hard work he has put into restoring it while adding modern upgrades without...

« Arrived at this accomidation late in the evening as we took Spirit of Tasmania so it was only a overnight stay for us. In the korning we were able to admire the beauty of Devonport. Property was right in front of the sea so its perfect for a morning stroll before heading out to explore Tasmania »

« Overall decent. »
