Lorsque vous séjournez au Hauula Beach Retreat, vous avez un accÚs direct à la plage et à proximité des sites touristiques de la cÎte nord. Il se trouve à environ 1,5 km du centre culturel polynésien et de nombreuses plages magnifiques. Cette maison bien entretenue est juste en face de l'épicerie, de la pharmacie et de plusieurs restaurants délicieux afin que vous puissiez vous y rendre à pied!
Les groupes de 8 personnes maximum peuvent sĂ©journer confortablement dans cette maison avec ses 3 chambres. La chambre principale a un lit king; chambre 2 Ă  l'Ă©tage a 2 lits jumeaux; la chambre 3 du studio du bas a 2 lits doubles. Il y a 3 salles de bain complĂštes - l'une est attenante Ă  la chambre principale (avec baignoire et douche), l'autre Ă  la chambre 2 (avec baignoire / douche, idĂ©ale pour les petits) et la 3Ăšme salle de bain est attenante ïżœïżœ la chambre 3 (studio situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Douche seulement).

Pour votre confort, la chambre principale et le studio au rez-de-chaussĂ©e possĂšdent des unitĂ©s de climatisation Ă  fenĂȘtre. Il y a une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon pour que vous ne manquiez pas vos Ă©missions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es. Le studio en bas est accessible en fauteuil roulant.

Vous pourrez préparer des repas maison avec les ustensiles de base de la cuisine. Il y a un barbecue pour la cuisine en plein air et un cuiseur à riz.

Pour mieux profiter de votre sortie à la plage, vous pouvez utiliser le matériel de plongée, les chaises de plage et les serviettes de plage fournis à la maison. Nous avons également 2 planches de surf, 2 planches pour le stand up paddle (SUP), 2 planches pour le corps et 1 planche de skim pour votre usage! Nous avons également des coussins de surf que vous pouvez fixer au toit de votre véhicule pour transporter des planches de surf.

Si vous avez besoin de laver le linge, une machine à laver et un sÚche-linge sont également disponibles. Des serviettes en papier, du papier hygiénique, des serviettes de bain et du shampoing sont également fournis aux personnes séjournant à la maison. Pour votre sécurité et votre vie privée, une clÎture en bois entoure la propriété, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour les familles.

La plage devant la maison est petite et privĂ©e. Vous pouvez plonger directement depuis la plage. En outre, une grande plage publique (Kokololio / Kakelas) est accessible Ă  pied au nord, soit le long de l'ocĂ©an (quelques rochers), soit le long de Kamehameha Hwy. La maison est situĂ©e loin de la circulation de Kamehameha Hwy. Il se trouve Ă  quelques pas des restaurants, des Ă©piceries et des pharmacies. Parmi les restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©, vous trouverez des tacos de la cĂŽte nord, la pizza Dominos, le restaurant Papa Ole et plusieurs camions de restauration Ă  un kilomĂštre. Les ïżœïżœpiceries Tamuras et Longs Drugs sont toutes deux Ă  100 mĂštres. Le centre culturel polynĂ©sien est Ă  seulement 1,6 km.

** Bien que nous ayons un contrĂŽle antiparasitaire rĂ©gulier, comme dans tout environnement humide et fertile, vous pouvez trouver des fourmis, des moustiques, des cafards et des bestioles comme des petits geckos qui partagent ce monde magnifique avec les humains. Pour Ă©viter les insectes, n'oubliez pas de fermer les portes juste aprĂšs votre entrĂ©e. Ne laissez pas de nourriture ou de miettes sur les comptoirs ou les tables et Ă©vitez de manger au lit car les fourmis sont trĂšs intelligentes et rapides. Rappelez-vous que mĂȘme si les geckos peuvent vous faire peur, ils sont nos amis et aident Ă  manger les insectes

Not What We Expected

We went to a neighbor’s house as his house had the house numbers we were provided. The rental has an E at the end of the numbers. The AC is two window units. One is in the master bedroom; the other is in the downstairs. The downstairs isn’t accessible from the inside. This caused the rest of the house to be hot. There is no air in the detached bedroom so it couldn’t be used. The neighborhood wasn’t what I was expecting. There are no sidewalks to walk on. The beach is very rocky, and the neighbor is not easy to get along with. The grill had no propane. The manager did bring some a day before we left. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean!

Family Vacation

Home was clean. Perfect spot for walking to secluded beach. One neighbor did question us several times walking to beach by the house. Directions were followed to walk on side of rope. That was probably the one thing I was frustrated with. No iron in house as well. Wish there had been beach chairs for us to use. Otherwise great spot and perfect for family bonding.

Great neighborhood!

Someone called me, can't remember who, but called and asked if everything is good and comfortable! What a nice touch! Brooke, your house is so amazing! The master was the STAR of the show, everyone was impressed with that shower! And, you were right, two minute walk to taco, Bbq, and grocery store. Thanks! it was perfect! If it were not windy , we would have been very hot in the living room, if we were to return, I hope you put an ac in the living room. I sure hope to come back to your beautiful home!

House is OK

The house needs some updates. We got there with a family of 8 and had stopped for groceries on the way. When we arrived the frig was broken, water leaking on the floor and everything melted inside. We had to run and get coolers and ice to hold the food we bought. Christine was able to get a repair man out the next day but it was an inconvenience. The house need updates. Only two small chairs on the deck, would be nice to have larger pieces. Half the blinds in the front room don't work, along with a window. The bathroom on the top floor has NO blinds, so it's a peep show for the neighbors at night. Most of us were women so you need to dress in the dark at night. Bedrooms are fine and the downstairs room is a nice set up The separate room smells musty. It would also be nice to have more than one TV in the house. The area is close to the north shore food trucks and attractions. If I were to go again I would spend a little more and get one on the beach. P,S. the beach area is big enough for two chairs and you need to walk over slippery boulders to get to it. We walked 5 minutes down the road to another beach.

Not the best experience.

The single bedroom is a garden shed that smells strongly of mold and mildew - we had to rent another bedroom at a nearby hotel incurring extra cost. If we had known we would have stayed somewhere else. The BBQ is not acceptable. The thing is a rust bucket and should not be used. Rust in your food, not enough strength in the burners. There is one closet in the master bedroom the other one is locked. The refrigerator froze all of our eggs, waters, etc. It would not be turned up and stay there. The decor was nice but the fact that we had to rent another hotel room really stunk.

Property was as listed. Perfect location, spacious for three families and kids. Good location for everything on the North Shore. Property Manager Christine was quick to respond to questions and concerns and was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again for our next trip.

House in Hauula

The house was nice and spacious. Everything included needed to stay comfortably. Christine, property manager, was very helpful. We had difficulty getting in to a part of the house and she was quick to respond and help. With that being said, we were not able to access the bottom portion of the house for two days of our stay. It would have been helpful to know that although the description says the house sleeps 8, there are separate areas with different accesses. Not good for family with small children. The “beach” is very rocky and not very user friendly. Good thing there are other beaches close. The snorkel and beach equipment are very well used- I would suggest being own.

Perfection!

The online pictures do not do justice to the amazing property and the VIEWS!!!!! We loved our stay here and appreciated all the amenities including all the beach gear! Christine was above and beyond amazing! She gave us recommendations for meals, beaches and shopping which all my daughters were looking forward to! We were within minutes of the Polynisian Culture Center, Waimea Falls, Waimea Bay, Fresh fruit stands and so many beaches that were never crowed ! It was perfect for our mother-daughters vacation. Don't forget North Shore Tacos!

The place was clean and great for a group. We didn’t use the studio so I can’t speak on that part of the listing. Christine was the caretaker and was quick to respond with any questions we had. We had issues with the lock and she helped us right away.

Great vacation Rental!

This house accommodated our group perfectly! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Christine A. Was so easy to communicate with and was very pleasant and helpful with any and all questions I brought forth. The beach below is rocky but still beautiful and fun to explore, there are many sandy beaches nearby. The deck was wonderful to have to sit and enjoy the ocean view!

Relaxing Hawaiian Getaway

I first want to say Christine A, the host was amazing. She was quick to respond when I had a question and followed up to see how we were doing throughout the trip. The house is very nice and had plenty of room for our teenagers to spread out. There is a big kitchen if you want to cook and a really nice patio you can watch the sunrise from. The bathrooms are great. My wife loved the soaking tub. This house had everything we needed. Couple of pro tips 1. If you are looking for a swim beach this is not it. It’s very rocky in the water but it still nice if you want to relax on the sand. There are a ton of beaches a short drive up the road. 2. Sundays everything is closed because of the proximity to BYU. Dominos and McDonalds are open but that’s it. 3. The market across the street is ok at best. We used longs drugs because it was cleaner. There is another market up the road (closed on sundays). We stocked up at Sams Club before driving out. 4. The house says it has Ac but it’s only in the master and the room downstairs. The other bedroom and the main living areas were warm.

Wonderful choice for Oahu rental home!

We absolutely loved staying in this charming home! It was clean and comfortable, had a full size kitchen complete with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make eating at home super convenient. The furnishings were high quality, mattresses and bedding comfortable, and the decorating was stylish and fun and reflective of the area. The kids enjoyed playing the board games onsite and we truly appreciated all of the extras made available to us (mostly stored in the shed) including: beach umbrella, two beach chairs, skim board, boogie boards, life jackets, flippers and snorkel equipment, baby stroller, toys and buckets for sand castles, surf boards, paddle board, bamboo beach mat, lots of beach towels, and so on. Definitely made the trip much more enjoyable! Christine A. was an excellent caretaker of the property, was responsive to our questions via phone call and text, and provided us with everything we needed to know in advance of our arrival as well as during it. It was great working with her. The property is conveniently located very close to a Long's Drugs and various restaurants and we loved our proximity to the Hukilau Marketplace, well...Laie in general. The beach is practically in the back yard and, while not really for swimming, is awesome for letting the kids play in the sand and splash around, skip rocks, and chase crabs, while parents sat and read or gazed at the beautiful ocean. (Btw, there are multiple beaches nearby...like within a couple of minutes drive...that are awesome for swimming and playing in the water.) Long story short, you won't regret staying here. It was a good value for what we paid and the property owners/caretakers are obviously motivated to ensure you and your family have a great experience in their home. Loved every minute of it!

Beautiful updated house which met my expectations. Some downfalls were the shower in master was very cold in the mornings, never warmed up past Luke warm. The neighboring house is being remodeled so there was work going on as early as 6:30 in the morning and the guys were arguing/ cussing at each other which wasn’t pleasant.

The house was adorable a little older to be expected by the beach And the beach was perfect for my kids super secluded and the property manager was so helpful and responsive! Just be careful of parking don’t want to disturb neighbors and make sure to request late check out right when you book!

We absolutely loved our stay in Hauula!! While we were not directly on the beach, there was one only steps away and an easy drive to so many beautiful sandy beaches!! The house was absolutely lovely - a great place to unwind at the end of a fun day of adventuring! The property manager was very kind and easy to work with! The property is clean and comfortable and the property manager was easy to work with. The house is a two-minute walk to the Rocky beach and from the Rocky beach you can navigate to the nicer beaches with a 10 minute walk, although you have to be willing to wade in the water to get there. Our complaint is that the listing said there was AC, but the AC was broken and the property manager said the owner wasn't willing to fix it. It gets hot at night and the master bedroom was over 80 degrees, and it made it hard to sleep. This put a damper on our stay. We would not stay there again.

Loved the place! Would 100 percent come back!! Beach rough in winter.

Loved everything but needed a can opener and more cooking utensils. Downstairs bedroom is separate and inaccessible from inside upstairs so kids slept upstairs with us. Also a little moofy smell but if we aired it out it would be fine. Definitely would come back but maybe when surf not so high.

Beautiful home did not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay at the house in Hauula! The home appears much larger when you arrive, than in the photos. The space is welcoming and comfortably furnished. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, cozy couch, and restful beds. The neighborhood was okay, for the most part, however we were woken up a couple of nights with fireworks being set off right next to our bedroom window and there were also a lot of dogs barking through the night, most nights. Perhaps the situation would be different during a different stay. We spent many evenings on the lanai, watching the waves and appreciating the breeze. We enjoyed the conveniences of having a grocery store and (delicious!) restaurants so close by. The manager was easy to communicate with and we appreciated her quick answers when we had questions. We would recommend this vacation home and consider staying here again.

Loved it!

Great property right by the beach and very convenient to everything we wanted to do on the north shore. The property was clean, had a great view of the ocean and was very comfortable for our family of 6. One of the bedrooms was downstairs with a separate entrance and our older kids really liked that space. The neighbors were friendly and the parking situation was great for our large vehicle.
