Ideal North Oahu Property

Our family of 6 spent 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful oceanfront home. This unique property sits right on the ocean, and at low tide there is a great walkable beach for snorkeling, and anything you want. At high tide, the water crashes into the sea wall providing wonderful ambiance and sleeping sound. It’s also great for fishing if you enjoy that. For me, the backyard is the star of this show. Lush soft grass, super inviting hammocks, chairs galore, and a sturdy covered table perfect for sitting by the sea. There’s also a cool hot tub, though we never used it. All sorts of water toys are on site for guest use. It’s a great backyard. The house itself is oddly laid out in a charming way, and provides 3 separate bedrooms, one of which contains 2 beds if that’s needed. The home is immaculately clean, and the kitchen and living room are wonderful. We loved this house. The location is GREAT for exploring both the Northshore and the Honolulu area. It’s in a quiet area with many food options and markets. Nearby is the popular and must do attraction, The Polynesian Cultural Center. That site also has many food options and fun shopping. But the best part of all with this rental? The host, Bonnie Wooten. She’s the best host I’ve had using VRBO. I’ve never had a bad one, but she far exceeded even the good. You just have to experience her excellence yourself to understand. She loves her job and guests, and provides a great experience. Thanks Bonnie!

Very nice place. beach is OK, not great. Posting had said it was north shore, very close to Turtle Bay. It is neither. It is on the northern side of the island and location is pretty convenient. Very clean. Hot tub didn't work, AC in one of the rooms didn't work. Manager did a great job with communication and an end around solution that was workable for AC while we were there.

An Escape to Paradise

If you want to escape to paradise, this is the property you want. It is a beautiful property that just feels like home. Super comfy space and the best nights sleep away from home we have ever had. The private sand area was the best spot to play with our niece and my son enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in the ocean right outside our back door. A little slice of heaven!

This property was perfect for our family of 6! Bonnie is absolutely delightful and made everything super easy during our entire stay (including check in and check out). Our family sat out by the beach wall and enjoyed beautiful sunrises each morning. We particularly enjoyed all the amenities out in the yard, such as the hot tub & outdoor shower (which was amazing). The home is beautiful, spacious & fully stocked with everything you need. It’s located in a beautiful (and safe) area and close to supermarkets, food trucks, and all sorts of activities (like the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch & many beautiful beaches). You cannot go wrong booking this home. We spent a beautiful & relaxing week here and everyone from the adults to the kids loved it! Nice ocean front property

Property is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately there was no beach during our stay the tide was high. The views were very nice, the property was clean and had everything we needed. We were 3 couples and 2 children under 5. The weather wasn’t great while we were there but we were able to go find sun on most days within a 20 minute or so drive. The road in front of the property is quite busy and it should be noted that at least during our time there, Feb 23-Mar 6 the restaurants and food trucks were all closed by 6:30 pm. Overall the property is nice and on the ocean with beautiful views.

Heavenly location

Grand stay. The location is magnificent. Close to the Polynesian cultural center for touristy things. Did the Hau'ula loop hike with the older children in the family (2 minutes away). Had family pictures taken 10 minutes away at pristine beach with mountains in the background. Beaches and more beaches all around. Bonnie (the Host) is a premier host. She will take good care of you.

Perfect for our team

We had 3 people from our team at work and their spouses stay here. Each of the 3 rooms had its own bathroom. Each bedroom had a king bed. Everyone was very happy with this beautiful home. The beach in the backyard was magical and we even saw a honu on two of the mornings. The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day.

Perfect!

The house is in a perfect place to access everything on the island. Watching the sunrise in the backyard while listening to the water was a perfect way to start each day. We loved our time there and would definitely come back.

Amazing Time

Bonnie was the best host for our Hawaiian stay. The views from the property were amazing and the property is very close to the Polynesian Cultural Center as well as a lot of food trucks. We LOVED IT!

Everything you can ask for

Great location and amenities. We enjoyed kayak, snorkeling, and so much more. Beds were comfortable. View is breathtaking. Bonnie was very attentive to all our needs, provided great suggestions of activities. Can't ask for better host. Would love to come back!

View of Paradise!

From the start Bonnie was awesome to work with. She communicated clearly everything we need to know about when and where we could find our VRBO, provided an ongoing list of her favorite spots and checked in multiple times during the stay to confirm we were enjoying our stay. Location was breathtaking! Steps from clear, snorkel ready water, with a small sandy beach. Kids enjoyed hanging out and playing together without having to leave. 2 outdoor showers were always fought over who was washing up 1st! Beds, couches and chairs were all extremely comfortable. Perfect getaway

Myself and 7 co-workers stayed here for a week and it could not have been more perfect. Bonnie was wonderful to work with and the home and views speak for themselves. We thought parking would be tough but we were able to easily park 5 Suburbans all week. The commute to Kapolei for work each day was only bad if you don't like a good scenic drive and only because we did it daily. Had we not been working there would have been no reason to leave the house. I even showed in the back yard with the ocean right at my feet. Pretty great I must say.

Perfect Setting and Location for Oahu Vacation

We recently stayed at this home as a family of seven for a week long Hawaiian vacation. The home was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu - stay here in the countryside instead of Honolulu. My daughters were able to snorkel behind the home and we enjoyed using the hammocks outside frequently. We rented a handicap lift chair for my father for our visit and the property manager, Bonnie, was kind enough to cover delivery and pickup times for us. Thank you so much for the visit. We recommend to anyone looking for a larger private space on the ocean!

This is a must stay!

Upon arrival at the home the veiw from the living room was breathtaking. I was there with my family and the place suited us perfectly. My children love running around in the grass and playing in the sand. The tide was high so we didn't get to go to the small beach at the property but about 50 steps from the house was a beautiful beach perfect for swimming. The bedroom with the veiw doesn't have a door, just a curtain for privacy, but it was fine because I shared the space with my small children. The owner shared her cell number, so communicating was quick and easy. She recommended a sightseeing location about 10 mins from the house, where we took some amazing photos. Food places in the area close around 7pm-8pm, but that was ok with us, because we had children and didn't want to be out too late. We did not want to leave the property, it was a home away from home. I look forward to returning to the villa next time I'm on Oahu! Mahalo

Bonnie and Clyde’s beach home

You’re in the middle of a beautiful area on Oahu, super underrated. It’s close to Waikiki, but far enough to be away from the touristy feel. This place offers plenty of space and great attractions close by. Bonnie recommended a few places we tried. Overall the view was perfect. Amenities – There’s towels, beach toys for kids, snorkeling gear, cleaning supplies, shower amenities
more than I was even expecting. Would love to stay here again, Bonnie was extremely helpful.
