« Do some crazy traffic jams in Melbourne we arrived after 9:00 PM, which was their office closing time. Thankfully, the instructions for finding the room and the key had been clearly explained to us over the phone, which we really appreciated. It was a cold, miserable night—but walking into the room felt like such a warm welcome. The owners had thoughtfully turned the heaters on ahead of our arrival, and that simple gesture made all the difference. It was a lovely way to start our stay. »

« Bon accueil. Hôtel qui mériterait d'être rénover pour la salle d'eau avec douche téléphone et sèche serviette à prévoir. Un WC séparé serait un plus pratique. Chambre propre et literie de qualité. Très bien situé proche de tous et du lac. »

« Good place to stay in St Arnaud. We had the family room and there was enough space for 4, though perhaps not for multiple nights. There is a Smart TV which is a plus but it's a little far from town to walk. There is a bit of traffic noise from big trucks on the roundabout, but it is less at night and didn't affect our sleep. The place is reasonably dark with good curtains. »

« Our room was so much better than expected. We have stayed in many motels to be able to compare. It seemed to be newly renovated with a large bathroom and shower. Very tastefully done with great colours. The bed was comfortable with electric blankets keeping us warm from very cold nights. The main room was big with a lovely bay window. Over the road is a shopping centre with all your needs. Just a short walk around the corner and we were in the Main Street of Ararat. Staff were very friendly...
