« We arrived on a Thursday when the sun was shining. We sat on the comfy chairs at the water and enjoyed the quietness of the water and area. The home is lovely inside with inviting space for many people. There are 3 areas to enjoy a meal depending on your crowd size. The beds were comfy, pillows maybe not so much, but that is a personal preference. We had 5 adults in total staying at the time. There are 3 spaces to shower, while we tended to use the ensuite shower. Would recommend the property...

« Location was amazing, right on the water. We were able to kayak and SUP our entire stay. Janice was an amazing host. She shared so much of her local knowledge that we experienced things we may have missed had she not told us. Drive from Toronto is very easy. Hoping to stay there again. »

We had to clean the side of the water a little since a lot of seeweed was there but overall it was great. We enjoyed some kayak on a super calm lake. Little town near by where we went to get evetables that we needed. All our family really enjoyed our stay and definitly will recommend this cute paradise. »

« Cottage is lovely, very private, and nicely equipped…except if nighttime temperatures fall below 10 degrees C, when you might bring an extra blanket. Beautiful setting. Enjoyed the wildlife from the deck. Overall, delightful. »

« Beau séjour. Propriétaire sympathique. Le bord du lac est très vaseux mais il y a un énorme matelas flottant pour aller se baigner au centre du lac. C'était bien amusant. Cuisine très spacieuse et bien équipée. Côté propreté, Il y avait beaucoup de poils de chiens des visiteurs précédents. Les fauteuils ont plus que de dépassé leur existence de vie. Pas très confortables. »

« We very much enjoyed our stay. Cottage was comfortable and the front lawn was great for playing games. We took advantage of the area's attractions such as local antique car show, biking, hiking and the Bonnechere caves. The lake is very clean and clear and was great for swimming. I would recommend the provision of a microwave and bath towels to make it even better. Overall was a great value. »

« The owner is EXTREMELY responsive, which is a huge positive as apposed to other cottage owners. The property is located steps (probably not more than 5) from the water. Amazing sunrise and sun set. The cottage is equipped with everything as specified in the ad. It is a lot more spacious than photos show. There are groceries near by, cell service and wifi signal is great. I would definitely re-book when it’s hotter outside as the lake was frozen for winter. »

« Cottage is incredibly comfortable with many little details considered. Honestly the best cottage I've stayed in and i would absolutely book again. Watching eagles soar right out window, nest very easily spotted with the binoculars provided, was a highlight. Lake is beautiful and cottage feels like a good friends place, super welcoming. »
