Salty Dog is a wonderful destination for a family vacation. The location of this vacation rental is a downstairs unit, providing easy access for beach goers and fishermen. It's just a 2-minute walk to the beach, where beach chairs are available for guests to use and relax. Across from the condo, there is a pool and a hot tub for guests to enjoy and unwind. Two designated parking spaces are available in front of the condo, noted with the unit number 101. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers 1200 sq ft of living space, providing ample room for relaxation and comfort. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, microwave, and various small appliances, ensuring convenience for guests. Additionally, the condo features a washer, dryer, central air, and heat for added convenience and comfort. For outdoor cooking, there is also a grill available, and guests can unwind on the private patio with deck furniture.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
