The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, convection mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar seating 4. The spacious full bathroom is located off the hallway. Then, you will enter the King Bedroom which provides you with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the community pool.

Extras: 2 flat-screen TVs, community beach access with shower, community sound access, community pool with 2 gas grills (April - October), 2 community laundry facilities (free - one on each floor),traditional coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, air fryer. This unit is on the second (top) level and is only accessible by stairs.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
