« Breakfast was ok but for the price of the room we could have eaten the same breakfast in a more affordable location. Noise level was high being so close to the busy road. It was a good location to go to the Island and other attractions. Staff was also friendly. »

« Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits. »

« Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. « This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice.
