Jeannie's Luxe Beachfront House | Hat Head

A beautifully restored beachfront home just steps from the sand, with relaxed coastal living, generous spaces and everything you need for an easy Hat Head escape.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean, wander across the road for a morning swim and come home to your own private beach house.

Jeannie's is a relaxed, stylish 2-bedroom home designed for families, friends, surfers, nature lovers and their furry freinds too. With two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, generous outdoor space and a fully fenced yard, there's room to spread out, slow down and settle into beach life.

The beach is right across the road, while Hat Head's cafe, restaurant, general store and coastal walking tracks are all close by.

The house

The home has two comfortable bedrooms and two separate living areas, giving families and groups plenty of space to relax.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds, sleeping up to 6 guests in total.

The open-plan kitchen features a large tiber breakfast bar and living area is made for easy holidays, with everything you need to cook and eat together, plus an espresso machine for slow mornings.

Outside, you'll find a shady alfresco dining area, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor shower, hammock and fully fenced yard. After a day at the beach, rinse off outside, fire up the BBQ and settle in for the evening.

There's also Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected.

You will have the house, its private outdoor areas and its dedicated parking exclusively to yourself.

There is a separate, self-contained cottage at the rear of the property. The cottage has its own private entrance, outdoor area and parking and is independently occupied when booked.

The two homes do not share your living spaces or accommodation areas. The driveway to the rear cottage needs to remain accessible, but otherwise your stay is your own private beach-house escape.

Hat Head is a small, unspoilt coastal village surrounded by Hat Head National Park.

It's the kind of place where the days naturally become simple: beach walks, swimming, surfing, fishing, exploring the national park, watching the birds, grabbing coffee from the village and coming home sandy.

The beach is directly across the road from Jeannie's, and you can also walk to the local cafe, restaurant and nearby tracks.

Whether you're here for a few slow days by the ocean, a family beach holiday or an escape into nature, Jeannie's is designed to make it easy to settle in and stay awhile.

Please note: Jeannie's is one property containing two completely separate holiday homes. This listing is for the beachfront house only. If you're travelling with another family or group and would like to stay together while retaining separate accommodation, the cottage can be booked separately, when available.
