No. 21 is the perfect place to experience the wonderful charm of Hastings Old Town. Whether you're into the plentiful history, live music, interesting festivals/ events, pub surfing or simply enjoying the Sea Side air, it's all here, right outside the front door.
With plenty of space to relax, modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, fluffy towels, Sky tv, sun trap garden and bags of character, you'll be spoilt on your trip to this captivating Town.
The space
Having been lovingly improved, this home has a brand new kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, butlers sink, teas & coffees and all the other bits a kitchen should have.
The living space offers a comfy sofa, Sky tv, books and games for the kids, dining table, space for shoes and coats, blankets and electric (stove style) heater for the colder nights.
Sleeping quarters offer a double bed in the front bedroom, wardrobe and chest of drawers, large mirror to make sure you look great. Two single beds to the rear bedroom, hanging rail and chest of drawers, the back room offers lovely views of the East Hill.
The new bathroom suite includes a bath, with luxurious shower above, sink, toilet and well other bathroom stuff.
Outside you will find a table and chairs within a private rear garden, perfect for the warmer nights and a nice bottle.
