« i was under the impression that the property was an old style pub with rooms, when i booked. But it turns out just to be a bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and had everything you need, plus more, like a trouser press, a bottle of filtered water with the coffee and tea facilities, a microwave in the shared lobby and plenty of parking and nice outside space to spend in the sunshine/evening »

« Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom, as clearly stated in the listing, but I was given a room with a shared bathroom instead. Despite raising the issue, the hotel refused to provide a room matching the original description, even though availability appeared to exist. The room also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay.
