Welcome to The Jade Suite at The Gem, a stylish two-level premium suite perfect for small groups, couples, or families. The suite features two comfortable bedrooms upstairs, a bright living area, and a convenient kitchenette with fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, and kettle. Enjoy a relaxing stay with modern comforts while being close to local attractions and event venues.

The Jade Suite is a premium two-bedroom suite located within The Gem Stays property.

This suite is designed across two levels:

Main Floor

• Comfortable living area
• Kitchenette
• Full bathroom

Second Floor

• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds
• Half bathroom

The layout provides separation between living space and bedrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or small groups traveling together.

Kitchenette

The Jade Suite includes a light-use kitchenette equipped with:

• Apartment-sized refrigerator
• Microwave
• Air fryer
• Coffee machine
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Plateware and cutlery

Please note:
The Jade Suite does not include a stove or full cooking range.

Guests will have access to:

• The private Jade Suite (Unit 1)
• Shared building hallways and common access areas

Please note:

The Main Lobby and Event Space are not included with accommodation-only reservations.

Exclusive access to those areas is only available if the Event Space has been reserved separately through The Gem Event Centre.


Events Nearby:

The property is located next to The Gem Event Centre, which occasionally hosts weddings, celebrations, and private events.

While we make every effort to maintain a comfortable environment for guests, there may occasionally be activity related to scheduled events.




If you`re visiting for a wedding or planning a group gathering, full-property buyouts of The Gem Stays may also be available.

Accessibility

Elevator access is available to the main accommodation level.

However:

• All bedrooms require stair access
• Guests with mobility limitations should note that sleeping areas are located on the second level of the suite


Ambient Noise

The property is located near a highway and railway corridor, and occasional ambient noise may occur.

Late check-out (12:00 PM)
$50 CAD per suite

Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.

Cooking Policy

Large group cooking is not permitted inside suites.

Cooking is limited to the appliances provided in the suite. Improper use of appliances that results in alarms, fines, or damage will be the responsibility of the guest.

Pets

Dogs may be permitted with approval.

• Maximum 4 dogs total
• $50 per dog
• Maximum $200

Additional cleaning or damages may apply.

House Rules Reminder

Parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or exceeding the approved occupancy are not permitted. Violations of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
