« Al and Donna are such amazing hosts with an awesome B&B! We will be booking right through their site in the future and staying multiple times over the next year! I enjoyed grounding barefoot by the pond, their breakfast on the weekend is amazing, and loved looking out the window of their coffee nook!!! You will not be upset with this stay! »

« My employees were not allowed to use the " private kitchen " in the listing. I was sent pictures of what appeared to be a dirt dusty haunted basement with a creepy old dress on a mannequin in the corner. This place was awful Do not stay. If I could give it negative stars I would. »

« Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I was on a vacation/work trip and driving to New England with my 4-month-old Westie. Stopped here for a 4-night stay and I have family in the area. Loved the little apartment with the deck overlooking the creek. Betsy, the host, was wonderful, felt like meeting a long, lost friend. A lot to do in the Tunkhannock area. I would definitely stay there again. Richard and Miss Mae Westie. »

« We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the response time was quick. We had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a funeral, but it was nice to have a place to relax and plenty of space for my 2 year old grandson to move about. I will definitely return again to stay here to visit family on a more delightful note. »

« Though we somehow were not expecting to have to walk up three and a half flights, the accomodations were excellent! Only problem I had was trying to read hand written instructions from the owner before I put on my glasses, and added water to a coffee maker that was already full! The star of the trip was the food, though, and the recommendations were appreciated. »

« I did not realize the property was a former mansion. The apartment feels like a house. Each room is so lovely with bright natural light. The beds were so comfy and perfectly made with lots of blankets and pillows. Esther communicated perfectly with us and added sweet touches like a nespresso with coffee, tooth brushes and paste, plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps, and some spices and cooking utensils as needed. « This house was in a great location with awesome lakefront views while maintaining privacy, which is super rare for a lake property. I loved the historic charm and updates.The fall colors on the lake were incredible and a welcome sight to wake up to. A couple of notes that I did not pick up from the listing: the house is separated from the lake by a road and the boat house is in pretty rough shape, but this house was something special and we would recommend anyone to stay there. »
