« Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay. »

« Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. « Very nice place but the wifi was very very poor, to slow and disconnect almost every ten minutes….. The tank water smell very bad, otherwise it’s a very nice and good place to stay. »

« L'eau du robinet à un goût de terre, la remarque à été faite plusieurs fois mais le problème n'a toujours pas été résolue. »

« Peu de produits de douche, obligée d'en demander le 3ème jour ! Chambre non fumeur mais avec un patio qui jouxte un patio avec un fumeur donc ....pas vraiment "non fumeur" notre chambre ! »
